6 March Biz/Finance Talk

UPDATE: WE HAVE ONLY 26 TICKETS LEFT AS OF THIS MORNING.

Author of Malaysia Finance Blog

What a ‘fine time’ to do a talk, with the markets tanking just before it greets the Year of The Tiger. Absolutely one talk session only this time. I have invited two notable chartists to join me Bill Wermine & Martin Wong). They will be presenting their technical views on the markets. I will then be questioning them on the viability, reliability and usefulness of technicals in trading the markets.

2010 is looking to be an uncertain year for investors – can we take advantage of the markets’ volatility? How to survive the volatility, or even benefit from it! Some of the issues I will be addressing include:

- what can cause volatility in 2010 markets

- will the markets retests the March 2009 lows

- potential Black Swans

- the secret on how to profit smartly from bonus, rights and warrants issues

- how to spot gems from small caps

- call warrants, friend or foe

- the evolving banking landscape in Malaysia

I will also be speaking on issues which concerns attendees. Hence, all ticket buyers are encouraged to email their preferred topics to be addressed during the talk. (email: malaysiafinance@gmail.com)

Act early as we only have one session this time. See you again soon.
